After years of close cooperation, Celotech has aquired the business of construction chemicals of Cemotech, Cemotech Construction Business joined Celotech Chemicals from Sep.1st, 2020.
About Cemo New Material
Cemotech Construction Business Unit is producing, developing and marketing chemical additives for construction esp.drymix mortar, this business unit belongs to Cemo New Material Technology Company that is headquartered in Suzhou, China. Cemotech Construction Chemicals is producing Redispersible powder, defoamers, superplasticizers, etc. Besides this, Cemotech is also an importer and distributor of Chemical additives in Chinese market.
After this aquisition, Cemotech will keep it's importing and distributing business and will concentrating only on trading & distribution business.

Cemotech Construction Business Unit will keep the name after this aquisition until 2021.
